Individual Under 65
The 2025 Open Enrollment Period runs from November 1, 2024 to January 15, 2025.
Plans sold during Open Enrollment start January 1, 2025 or February 1, 2025 if enrolled after December 15, 2024.
Additionally, you may qualify for Special Enrollment Period (year round) if you've had certain life events, including losing health coverage, moving, getting married, having a baby or adopting a child.

-On-Exchange Plans
Also known as Health Insurance Marketplace, a service available in every state that helps individuals and families shop for and enroll in affordable medical insurance. When you fill out a Marketplace application, you will find out if you qualify to save money when you enroll in a medical insurance plan.
-Off-Exchange Plans
Individual or family health coverage that is purchased outside of the health insurance Exchange or Marketplace.
PPO Extend Plans- Nationwide doctor and hospital coverage. Private Marketplace enrollments only.

Medicare
If you have Part A and Part B, we can help you sign up for a Medicare Supplemental plan (Part C), Medicare Advantage plan (Part C), and/or Prescription Plan (Part D).
We do not offer every plan in your area. Currently we represent 6 organizations which offer 47 products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-Medicare, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

 

Short Term Medical
We offer 30, 60, and 90 day plans to help fill gaps in your coverage during times of transition. Short Term plans exclude coverage for pregnancy, preexisting conditions, and prescriptions.

Dental
Dental insurance can reduce out-of-pocket costs for necessary dental care.

Vision
Eye exams, glasses, and contacts are more affordable with vision insurance.
