Things to Tell Your Agent: Contact Information

You give your contact information to a lot of people, so it can be difficult to update it everywhere when you make a change. Don’t let notifying your insurance agent slip through the cracks! We are in the business of earning trust and building relationships here at Kinghorn Insurance of Beaufort. To build a relationship with you, we have to be able to get in contact with you. Let us know if you have recently changed any of the following information:

  • Phone Number: Switched cell phone carriers and got a new number? Cancelled your landline? Got a new job with a different work number? Give us a call!
  • E-mail Address: Got a new e-mail address? Never given us one? E-mail is the fastest way for us to send you documents, and we can even use it to sign paperwork electronically. Shoot us an e-mail to make sure we have the correct one on file.
  • Mailing Address: Moved recently? Switched to a P.O. Box? If we need to send a hard copy of a document (or a refund payment) to you, we want to make sure it ends up at the right place. Keep us posted!
  • Point of Contact: Has the the contact person for your account changed? Do you want someone other than yourself to be able to discuss your policies with us? Let us know who we should be talking to so we can document the file.
